The
Mount Abu Sanctuary is found in
the hill station Mt. Abu. The
sanctuary is 288 kms wide and
has subtropical evergreen forest.
The oldest mountain ranges –
Aravalis is found in this sanctuary.
The sanctuary is situated between
24°33' and 24°43' North
latitude and 72°38' and 72°53'
East longitude. This sanctuary
was declared as a Wildlife Sanctuary
in 1960.
